2 Years in and NO solution. Go with ********** First set of aligners from the mail in kit were horrible. For 1 year they tore up my gums and inside of mouth. Ordered retainers thinking teeth would be straight by end. They were NOT. Was put on a second trial for 8 months. Not any better. If you're considering getting aligners DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY! Trust me when I say it's not worth the money you save by going with SDC. At this point, I wish I could just go back & pay the extra money to go with a reputable company that actually knows what they are doing. Don't waste your money. I started my journey with smile direct club 7pm that ago I was supposed to be done with the treatment in august 2022, and my teeth are still crooked. I have called the company they wanted pictures which I sent they said everything was good. I get another email a week later, same thing they wanted pictures I was ok I will do it again. This was THE WORST experience I've ever had with a company. My treatment plan was supposed to be done 2 YEARS ago and it was only supposed to be for 6 months. Since then I constantly received aligners and retainers that did not fit my teeth. Most of the aligners sent didn't even have enough mold so it was like wearing two smooth plastic strips. I have been using smile direct for what was supposed to only take 9 months became a year and a half. My teeth have straightened but my two problem teeth that made me initially want to get aligners are still not where they should be. Every time I call saying my aligners are gapped and not snug on these teeth I send new impressions and the same problem consists. Don't waste your time, money, or get your child's hopes up! Sickening scam! They told us they could fix my daughter's over crowding issues. At first it appeared they were working. We were almost done with treatment when the last set of aligners broke. They wouldn't replace them. Insisted that we just get the retainer. So we ordered that and followed the instructions.
