This company is the most deceitful, horrendous business I've ever had the utmost displeasure of working with. They didn't send my first full treatment. 8 weeks were missing and they told me I had to get a touch up instead of fixing my problem. Got a scan at a smile shop. RATE 0 thumbs down These people are trying to get me to believe I signed up to pay the principal balance at a 23% rate. I wouldn't ever, I could have paid it on my own credit card if not out right cash SCAM SCAM SCAM! I'm furious I found all this out after finding a $99 charge for retainer. & made there would be additional in excess of my normal $89 pmt. 1) Customer service is extremely unhelpful and will continue to direct you back to the main menu to start over rather than find a solution for your problem. 2) Customer service will eventually stop contacting you in regards to your issue. Essentially blacklisting you from using their product or getting help. 3) I was offered a 50% off aligners promo code if I made my initial appointment before a certain date. Absolutely the worst customer service possible. Two months to reply to emails. The product does not work could not straighten one tooth. Won't give a refund. Very difficult to work with. Go to your dentist instead. This is heading to small claims

Avoid Smile Direct at all costs. I had gum tears and tooth aches when i was using their aligners and retainers. I spent more money correcting the issues that they caused me. Will be filing BBB and FTC Complaints soon.

The checkup went smoothly. My smileGuide, Tatiyana was very nice and freindly and the appointment took less then 30 minutes! She was able to show me what to except, how to use the tools and she was very thorough with the process! The scanning was fast as well!

I am normally a customer whi goes out of my way to leave a positive review. That is not the case today. If 0 stars were an option I would choose 0/5 overall rating for Smile Direct Club. I would never recommend and here's why: I received treatment plan approx 6-8wks after ordering in which I immediately began as prescribed. By aligner 5 of 12 the fit was improper. Do not ever use this company. 1. Your progress is not monitored by an orthodontist. They will "assign" one to you but you will never speak to or meet with them so no one is monitoring your progress. 2. Teeth will not be as nice as they would have been had you had braces instead. 3. I ordered retainers, they canceled my order but still kept my money "on hold" and refused to refund it.
