Della McCay was extremely helpful especially during Covid time. She remembered me and circled back after the shut down and followed through. I was so impressed! Della could not have been more professional and conscientious. We have a much better feeling about the company Smith and Noble since working with her. I recently completed and Smith and Noble order for 4 nature wood shades with the help of Brandon Pender. Brandon was very helpful, pleasant and patient throughout the complete ordering process. With his assistance the experience was much better than I expected.
Tiana Martinez was very helpful and fast at responding. She was able to find out what I needed with very brief descriptions of what I needed because I had forgotten what the item was called. I wish all customer service was as kind as her.
I ordered the wrong size shade. Denise Ramos was very helpful. She helped me with my order and emailed and called me to make sure all went well on my next order. Amazing customer support Love this company!

Shadyn Smock was very accommodating and helpful while assisting me with a replacement order for two S & N shades that had broken. She sent color samples to ensure that the replacement shades matched the original shade color, and she followed up with me more than once to make sure my needs were met. It was a very pleasant experience overall, which will definitely bring me back when I am in need of additional window treatments.

I cannot begin to express how utterly impressed I was with each and every person with whom I dealt throughout this process. Sydney Bucovetsky was responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and great. Casey Donaldson went above and beyond. She's Incredibly competent, lovely, and efficient and worked magic to make it all happen so quickly. Neil Tuzzio also went above and beyond.
