Jeannine did a great job helping us get our drapes replaced. She was extremely professional and effective. The replacements were handled quickly and resolved the issue.

Della McCay My custom draperies arrived at double their expected width due to a miscommunication. Della worked with me and the factory— tirelessly— to get the order corrected. She was nothing if not persistent. It is easy to see why her title is Quality Assurance Expert. Smith & Noble has beautiful window treatments and they are committed quality. I am very pleased with my new draperies!
I did a “go to meeting” appointment with Sol Figueiredo for 3 rooms in my house. I loved being able to do that through technology! Sol was very responsive, easy to work with, and had lots of great ideas. She made it easy for me to make a decision and I love what I chose! Can’t wait to get my window treatments!

I used Smith and Noble for all of my shades/window coverings in my home. A lot of them are on a remote and when a couple of them started acting up and my husband and I couldnt resolve the problem we contacted Smith and Noble. Angela was so helpful and sent me new battery packs and motors free of charge. And when that didn't solve the issue she sent a box and had the shade repaired for free (I just had to pay shipping.) Their customer service is top notch!
The service i received from Ilona Lopez is directly responsible for our choice of Smith & Noble for new shades. We have well over 20 large windows in our home, all with shades.
