Great Experience The team was great. They were there early however called ahead and knocked out getting us moved in well under the time we estimated. Office staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodated us when we realized we would arrive a day earlier to unload the truck.
Awful experience DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We rented a 26' Penske truck online and if you select their "helpful" link to also hire movers, you get SML. When the rep called me to schedule and arrange for the number of loaders, I asked up front, - are the guys you use professional movers? I was assured that they were. Turns out many of the SML movers are people working it as a second job, or students, or other inexperienced help. The loaders arrived on time. We were extremely pleased with the service The movers were excellent and professional. They were very helpful to us and courteous.
They did a good job. The guys that came out to move the stuff out of the truck were great. They were very careful and pleasant. The guys on the phone were okay. They were not a pleasant, but did their job.
