Never showed up I booked sml to load my Penske truck 6 weeks prior to my move date Even though they called the day before and emailed several times to confirm , the crew never showed up . I called their customer service and was promised a call back which I never received . After several more calls I found they were trying g to get a replacement crew but could not commit to a time or even the same day. Although they did issue a refund the lack of service delayed my move ourt by a day

It definitely is not what it is portrayed to be. The movers from SML - Simple Moving Labor were late. It was their first day and none of them were in charge, so they had no supervision. All of that is not what I was lead to believe when I hired them; and they all actually got that job through a website. It was really so hot that day that they kept taking breaks--and not a lot got accomplished. Good Experience Had SML here in PA to load truck and in GA to unload. 2 men each job worked very hard (in very hot weather) and handled items with care.
SML is really easy to access and work with! I provided SML many opportunities to make our move more difficult but they consistently and completely responded in ways to solve my issue and make the move easier. They will be the first call I make with our next move.
Prompt, efficient and experts. Erin and Gary efficiently loaded the 26 ft truck in 2.5 hr. Erin knew how to load my furniture and made the move so much easier. Would recommend using this service.

Disappointed 1. Had to provide my own dolly, despite booker stating that crew would have. 2. When I wasn't directly observing, load was haphazard and items were not properly protected with provided blankets. 3. Caps were not placed on washing machine water lines after disconnect. Subsequent valve failure resulted in significant water damage to my home.
Very Satisfied I am very satisfied with this company and would utilize them again in a heart beat.
