Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

We took my son and my nephew to Snowcat Ridge tonight. It's supposed to be our holiday break kickoff. After snow tubing, eating, and playing in the snow, we went over to the shopping area where we were surrounded by three security officers who approached my 9 year old and aggressively asked where his mom was and where the knife was. $15 for parking and then $50 to get in is a bit much. 2 and under are suppose to be free but we ended up having to pay for my 2 year old grandson or he couldn't do anything. The employees don't even acknowledge you they just sit on their cellphone. The only 2 employees that spoke at all were complete jerks, never have I seen such rude staff anywhere. Definitely not worth the money and will not be returning I will spend the money else where. One star rating is to high but it made me give one
I purchased tickets online for ice skating rental, the day we went the ice was melted and they would not give a refund.
Worse place ever, had an accident when snow tubing and they didn’t offered anything more than a bandaid after I hit my head so heavily. They don’t care about people, they said you signed the waiver so get lost. Absolutely worse customer service ever, they don’t care about people. Please don’t go, you could literally die and they won’t care because you sign a waiver
This place is way overpriced. Almost 70/per person for all inclusive and it doesn't include ice skating. They charge an additional $15.00 just to park. FOOD is over 20$ for pizza, port-a- potties are gross, the snow dome is basically frozen and you have nothing to do inside and the slide is nothing to be excited over plus you have to haul your tube up. Price gouging. False advertisement. $ 40 for just 2 attractions. I drove 4.5 hrs just for SHIT!! SAME ON SNOWCAT RIDGE!! SAME ON SNOWCAT RIDGE!!
Are you serious charging $15 parking in the first place? While it’s such an open land located in open farms areas nothing around it. Then the least price is $30 for 2 hs tubing, the other mentioned things are a tiny icy space to play with snow that is actually just ice and a 10$ more to skate!??
