I spent almost $300 for just three attractions my daughters were boring after 1 hours because they did everything.

To expensive for what you offer, no decent bathrooms, not enough choices for food, fakes advertising, not real ice skating, very bad experience

At entrance where you sign the waiver, there were only 6 pens used over and over. No hand sanitizer or basket marked “clean /dirty pens. Very surprised to see this unsanitary situation. Slopes were good, ice skating was fun. Hand sanitizers were stationed by the food trucks area, a positive. But the Big Negative was restroom facilities…there are none. Only portable port a potties, all lined up in a row . If you go here, use the bathroom at home first and bring your own hand sanitizer. For the price, I really expected more.

From the moment we arrived to the park our first experience was negative. we purchased tickets online and signed the waiver. we parked our vehicles and proceeded to walk to the snow park. one of the ladies yelled at us to go get our vehicles and that we are not allowed to walk up. Frustrated but we went back to our vehicles to drive up. upon getting to the gate we were told to pay $15 before we could drive up. This is a way to get additional $$$ from people. We should not be forced to pay for parking. They should provide tra... read more

Restrooms are very awkward, smells very very bad even near the surrounding. Should maintain good restroom as your are charging a lot for entry frees, though there are not much activities.

I am only giving you one star because you have to leave that in order to review - we had a HORRIBLE experience here and WILL NEVER return. The employees were rude, condescending, and could flat out care less about our concerns. We attended with a group of 10 in hopes of riding the family ride at least once and then going single and double for the remainder of our time slot. The family ride was out of order almost immediately of us getting in line. No word from the employees about what was happening or when they thought it w... read more

Very difficult carrying tubes up the conveyor belt and lines were long waiting for both rides. The snow was mostly ice and very slippery. The port-o-potties were disgusting and smelled very badly. I was very disappointed with the overall experience. For what I paid for, I expected more. Definitely not worth the money. I rather spend my money at another tourist attraction in the Orlando/Disney area.
