I cannot believe what type of let down this place was. We drove there for 3 hours to pull up and the potty area was DISGUSTING. All this money they are making and the area to pee in is like its for animals. Me and my family got there and a guy was spitting in the igloo where the kids play with the snow. I almost spat at him for doing that. I couldn’t believe he did that. He spat around the area 3 times. Then the people that greet you when you walk in when you walk in we’re on their phones, they looked miserable, look like th... read more
We came to Snowcat Ridge. We had an amazing time.. until our time was up… while headed the caucasin sheriff picked a fight with my two 10 & 11 year old boys( African American) for not putting the tube where they go. We were there for two hours and the entire time everyone dropped off the tubes exactly where my boys left their tubes at. She addressed them very rudely so my husband stepped in and responded to her in an not aggressive way. We left and she yells at us “I wish you would” we went on about our business leaving the... read more
Not worth the money!!!! It was extremely hot while waiting to snow tube (which is not even cold). The indoor igloo was cold which was refreshing after sweating bullets for an hour snow tubing. The “snow” in the igloo was extremely hard and you couldn’t even build a snowman or anything. The igloo was much smaller than we thought. It would be fun had they not charged $50 per person. Maybe $20.
Fun but way over priced! This is not worth $49.00 per person fun! This park should cost $20 at the most! Then they want to charge you for parking as well as if they were a major theme park! They don’t allow the older family members to come in without paying admission of full price ticket, even though my mother rode nothing! Just there to see her family and feel are happiness. $7.00 for a hot chocolate that was basic and waiting 1 1/2 hours on food and it being cold! Seems as if they got it mixed up with their beverage that ... read more
Left in an ambulance and never heard from the park
Do not get your hopes up with this place in Florida weather even in the 70s. The only snow you will see is in the inside igloo which is a decent size area but nothing magical to it. The snow tubing hill had zero snow. The hill to go down was iced but again there was again zero snow. The food was edible but overpriced. Not worth going to..less learned.
I was told ice skating was included so I did not bring extra money then when arrive kids are all excited only to be told that (on your end I was misinformed) it's not included but only if bring your own skates and when I spoke with manager she was ugly about it. Will not return!!! I have a special needs child and disappointing him breaks my heart. As slow as it was Monday it would not have hurt to let the kids skate since I was told false information.
Solve the internet issue so customers can buy food with credit card. We did not have cash and we were not able to eat the whole day. Also your restroom choice is disgusting. I never thought that my family will be using a hole. We will never come back because of that.
Way to many people
