Kids were constantly yelled at by staff for being kids. Way overpriced for what you get. Save your money
Kids were constantly yelled at by staff for being kids. Doing kid stuff to enjoy themselves. Also it’s way overpriced for what you get. I would recommend saving your money and not go
Porta potties were nasty, Being forced to drag the heavy tube through 7 switchback turns when no one was in line was just ridiculous and the people who tried to skip the switchbacks were scolded. No ice or snow on the snow slide. Slide was fun but not worth it.
This is 2nd year Snowcat Ridge has been open, and while they've made some nice additions and improvements they still have a long way to go. The Crystal Ribbon is a great addition and the kids had a blast skating. While we were here, staff accidentally gave away someone's Timberland shoes. Hopefully they can implement a more accountable system. The Snowy Slopes add a launch conveyer belt which sends you down the hill. This was nice. Unfortunately, on the belt that takes you up the hill a kids foot got stuck which resulted ... read more
I got to tickets from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We tried to do the family tube, but is was not ready. We were told they needed to do test runs. The problem I have with that is we only have a time window to use the slides, and now we could not. I ask my self, why the test runs are not done before the park is opened? After this we tried to go in to the igloo. It was not open, it did not open until I think 11:30 am. The reason, more snow needed to be added. Again, if the park opens at 9:00 am, why was this not done before the park o... read more
Online says "there is snow everywhere "; therefore, I wore my snow gear. That is NOT true. There is ONLY compacted snow in the Igloo. There are no bathrooms just few portable toilets and portable sinks that the water had to be pump with the foot? I feel robbed!!!! The price I paid was way too expensive for the experience I had. Never again! I don't recommend snowridge!
DO NOT COME HERE. The management is a joke and there is absolutely no communication among employees. We were falsely accused of breaking rules and almost got kicked out multiple times. When we asked if there was anyone to speak to with management we were told no and to inquire through online email. Worst experience I have ever had and I will not return. The employees are rude and ignorant and will tell security false information and won’t believe you because it’s “here say”
Parking was expensive and the food was expensive
Horrible experience. Got injured. Not as described. The igloo ice balls where being thrown. The village was not open. The tubes were not safe.
