This place definitely paid to have everyone’s comment and TRUE reviews removed. This place fuckin sucks. It’s a death trap. There’s no fuxkin ice just a white carpet. This place is a joke. Save your money.

I had an awful experience with Snowcat Ridge. I purchased a ticket for December 9th and drove 40 minutes to get there. When I arrived, they told me that they were closed that night and if I called them, I would be reimbursed. I called and there was no answer. I am frustrated and angered that I have not gotten my money yet and it has been almost two months.

It is not what they promise on the internet, and secondly, the purchases that one makes in the sales stores debit you twice your card. It's a total scam

Nothing like tubing. It was a horrible experience, the slides were even dry. At least they should’ve brought in one of those snow-machines to make it look real. The waiting time was unacceptable. Employees were even throw ice from a cooler too many people that got stuck in the middle of the slide. Never again

I had an awful experience at Snowcat Ridge. We drove an hour to get to this amusement park, only to learn when pulling into the parking lot that the park had been closed for safety reasons. We were told to take a picture of a sticky note and to drive away without an explanation. It has been over a month and I have not received a refund after numerous phone calls. I do not recommend anyone else wasting their money.

Hours updated Jan 4th. We drive round trip 3 hours to get there on Jan 23rd to find some kids camping and no snow tubing and got stuck in a ditch. One of the employees says snow tubing “has been down for months.” Didn’t it open Nov 2020?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

My family of 4 visited on 1-18-21. The day started with a $15 parking fee, I mean this isn’t Disney World. The website states nothing about this. We had reservations at 10, when they opened. We all went to hunt the restrooms which by the way is a porta potty. They had just opened and none of them were clean. An employee said hang on, they are cleaning them now. I mean everyone was disgusted. By 11am, the lines were crazy and they had 2 single lanes open, 2 double lanes open and 3 family lanes. Why not open more lanes when th... read more
