Tickets were over priced. 3 people at $29.95 was $131.00?????? The 1st time they let her ride the slope in the igloo. The second time the staff was rude. My daughter is 40 inches at the doctor 2 weeks ago. According to the board for the kids slope in the igloo she is 43 inches tall. So she can’t ride. Don’t put boots, a hat with a ball then jacket hoods. She was disappointed. Not worth it!!!!! I could have gone to the mountains and paid the same amount and had a better time!!!!!

First of all the experience is good overall but for what I payed it’s not worth it at all. The food is terrible and the bathrooms are porta potty and they were disgusting. Like I said it’s a joyable experience for first time comers. Just not worth the price.

Expensive for what they offer, just two attractions, the tubes just for 2 hours, you can ride like 3 times, portable bathroom, besides that you have to pay $15 parking lot! NOT RECOMMENDABLE

Covid rules from snowcat ridges website states that all employees must wear a mask at all times and that masks MUST be worn on snowy slopes AND where social distancing isn’t possible. We didn’t even stay an hour because 4 employees completely were not wearing masks. We also counted at least 6 people snow tubing without masks (not even just pulled down). The security guard was not wearing a mask. Employees also approached us within 6ft distance not wearing masks. They did nothing to enforce mask wearing except when entering... read more

Only half the lanes were open, so the lines were very long. Took 20-30 minutes of wait time to go down the single lane. Only got in 6 runs in our 2 hour session.

This is my third attempt to post my review here. Seems anything less than a 3 star doesn't get posted. Not to worry as I have also posted this review on Trip Advisor, Google and your Facebook page. Seriously?! This is it?! We purchased our tickets and planned the trip a couple of weeks prior to attending on 9 Jan. 2021 with our slope time being from 6pm to 8pm. Leading up to our day of the event I had read many reviews about the park and noticed that there are none with less than three stars and that there seemed, and sti... read more

I sent a previous comment regarding our experience but haven’t heard back from anyone. I even called to share some feedback but no response.

Seriously?! This is it?! We purchased our tickets and planned the trip a couple of weeks prior to attending on 9 Jan. 2021 with our slope time being from 6pm to 8pm. Leading up to our day of the event I had read many reviews about the park and noticed that there are none with less than three stars and that there seemed, and still is, to be a common theme: filthy port-a-potties. So begs the question: does anyone actually read the reviews and complaints and if so, why hasn’t anything been done to fix it? We drove for over two-... read more
