Seriously?! This is it?! We purchased our tickets and planned the trip a couple of weeks prior to attending on 9 Jan. 2021 with our slope time being from 6pm to 8pm. Leading up to our day of the event I had read many reviews about the park and noticed that there are none with less than three stars and that there seemed, and still is, to be a common theme: filthy port-a-potties. So begs the question: does anyone actually read the reviews and complaints and if so, why hasn’t anything been done to fix it? We drove for over two-... read more

Stay away their closing on the 18th won't explain why but I believe it's due to some health and safety issues with Pasco County. Pretending to be sold out in February and March

This is a low rent, poorly managed, overpriced activity. The first thing we experienced after a 2-hour drive were the numerous out houses that have replaced their working restrooms. The toilets were almost full and disgusting and the stench was unbelievable. For 10 outhouses they had one tiny sink that seemed to be almost out of water. So to wash your hands there was a ridiculously long line and when you got up to the sink all you could get was a trickle of water after furiously pumping on a foot pedal. This is clearly a fa... read more

I was terribly injured due to no fault of my own over a week ago and no one even has the decency to return my phone calls or emails. I spent night in ER and have head, neck, and back injuries and bruised ribs. I can’t believe no one there even cares. I am on pain medication and cannot do any of my regular activities because of the pain.

It was long lines very few lanes open for the tubing especially for the single riders it was ridiculous you could probably only do three runs within 2 hours and that's unacceptable
