We arrived 15 minutes ahead of time. We were told to park in the first parking lot. This was incorrect as we were visiting the snow park. No one who worked there seemed to know what was going on. The signs are hard to see and follow. Once in the park none of the employees seems to know or care about customer service. It’s a fun place but could be so much better. The food trucks have one person working in them and the lines take forever
It was to expensive and reminded me of a carnival. Too many lanes closed.
I found this park online and read the reviews. I was very thrilled and excited to take my birthday girl who turn 3 y/o, my 4 y/o & my 13 y/o as it would be their first time seeing "snow". We went on Sunday, where tickets were at $27.95 per person (no price change for children/toddlers/grade school/seniors). It wasn't mentioned that parking would be an additional $15.00 which could not be paid online only at the kiosk when you enter. I was expecting a decent sized snow theme park, where COVID 19 regulations would be implement... read more
We got there about 645, our time slot was for 7. This was January 9th 2021(Saturday). Everything going good, it was colder than expected so we bought some gloves and hats at your gift shop area. And the whole time as a family we don’t wear mask over our mouths unless we have to. Not one single employee told us we need a mask. So we buy the extra gloves and hats, then proceed to the sledding area, which there is no sign for enter. Just a big exit sign. So we walk along wooden fence from eating area and bottom of hill, (My wif... read more
Nothing like in the promotional videos - the big Ice room was dirty there is no movement of the snow , so the same snow everyone stepped on it is the same snow kids try to grab with their hands .. the restroom looks like from a construction site - how in the world with all the issue of sanitation going on this place does not have a proper bathroom facility - disgusting with all due respect . $5 dollar for powder hot chocolate ?? .. for that price at least make it natural.. overall very disappointing..was expecting more . The snow tubbing was fun but the only bad thing is you have to keep going up that hill with the inflatable. When they should have it already up there and just be able to ride another thing inside the igloo was kind of dangerous I fell numerous of times it seemed unsafe... and I feel like they should have more things to do to choose from there wasn’t a lot of options... and another thing the parking was way too expensive....
Pocas cosas por hacer, deberían colocar al menos música en vivo para los adultos tener algo q hacer, y aparte de que las comidas y bebidas son muy costosas no hay ni siquiera variedad. Los baños asquerosos.
Honestly, my family and I had a really good time. It's something very unique to Florida and fun to bring the whole family to. However, there were a few areas of deep concern. First, considering we're in a pandemic and cases are spiking, I thought it pretty irresponsible to place families in the same tube as others in the large family tubes. Yes, they have a lot of hand sanitizer but there's really little to no attempt at social distancing. Don't get me started on the bathroom as. Porta potties? Absolutely disgusting. They ne... read more
Visited here with just a small group of friends, no kids this time around since it was our first time and we wanted to see how it was. Disappointing that you have to pay $15 to park on top of the $40 for each ticket for 2 hours of tubing and unlimited access to the village and igloo. We stayed in the igloo all of 5 minutes after realizing it really is all compacted snow that turned into ice that we didn’t want to touch anyways since there were tons of people walking all over it. So then we decided to sled, went down a couple... read more
