I was unable to make my first scheduled date as son was in the hospital. I moved to January 08 for a fee. We were not able to attend as he was still unable to walk. I could not cancel nor did I want to pay another fee. We did not arrive as planned.

I purchased 17 tickets as a Christmas gift for my family on December 6, 2020 (cost almost $700). Our date for our visit was December 29, 2020. I gave the tickets to my family on Christmas Eve. 2 days later, 4 members of my family tested positive for COVID19. On Monday, December 28, 2020 I contacted Snowcat Ridge to explain the situation and asked if we could change our date. I was told that it would be an additional $5/ticket ($85) to change the dates. It was very expensive for the experience. The young girl workers at the top of the moving sidewalk were rude and acted like they could care less that guests were there. The sidewalk was making weird noises and jerking at the top when we went to unload, they were too busy yelling at us then to care about the situation. Tony however was fabulous! Very engaging and helpful!

We had a very bad experience. From employees being rude to having many things closed when we got there. Igloo station was a mess. Elderly and kids slipping all over and no one to assist anyone. It was poorly set up and unorganized. I hope someone responds for a refund as I've been trying to get my money back since last month

They don’t enforced COVID safety policies, their employees don’t wear their mask correctly and they don’t sanitize any of the tubes, they also don’t enforce a mask policy.

Ticket time was 10:00am to 12:00pm Myself and my guy friend was there less that 30 mins, we went tubbing once, we left, and we didn't not return. I would hove like to have seen snow coming down... Why charge $14.99 or anything for parking when the tickets for the snow park are already expensive? You have nothing for the adults to do be sides eat or drink, but there was nothing there for us to eat and only drinks we could purchase is cocoa and tea... There should be discounted tickets for kids, but yet you're charging ... read more
