The slopes are reserved for 2 hours. Your time will be eaten up standing in 30 minute lines to go down them. It is a very intimidating ride for younger kids, so the igloo is the only other choice bc the slopes and igloo are the only two attractions. The “snow” in the igloo was a frozen solid block of ice. There is no playing in it. Occasionally, everyone is asked to leave the igloo so they can break up the ice floor. After exiting you must get in a very long line to go back inside. By that time, it is frozen solid again. The... read more
When you arrive, $15 parking charge. Long lines once you get in. 15-20 minute wait and they had slides not open. Tandem line took half as long, but no efforts were made to adjust que's. Concessions very pricy; $5.00 for a Hot Chocolate. Kids got board of waiting in line, so we left after just one hour. Another family with a teenage girl was walking out same time we were and were leaving early for same reason. Received feedback response after which I filled out with request for call back. No return call. Would not recommend.
For the price i really expected more. There should of been way more things to do. There were not enough vendors. I feel like for the price i paid i could have gone elsewhere and had more fun and more to do. I drove 2 hours just to be disappointed.
On line it looks totally different then the real park very misleading Lies,Lies,Lies I have been to roadside Carnivals better then this
Arrived on time. Parking attendant yelled at us for not walking on path which came across rude and taken back considering the main path was crowded with on coming people. Not all slopes were open creating long, long lines until about the last hour when they decided to open more. Snow in dome was completely brown and gross so we did not touch it and left. Bathrooms were closed and portables available. Limited food concessions to two trucks open. Was not the experience we were expecting for $35 a person.
Too expensive for mediore services and attractions provided. Customer service on phone was awlful. They basically charged me more for the following day as they sold out while i purchased online for family. I was able to buy only 3 entrances then no warning it was sold out when i need two more. Called their customer service line and they said there was nothing they can do. They charged me extra to transfer to following day when it was not my fault. Lastly bathrooms were disgusting!!! Slides were the only cool thing about that... read more
I really don’t like the place. Village is too small... I don’t feel safe at slide and I don’t see any guideline for the virus. The bathroom is dirty and disgusting. I want my money back.
Over priced, too crowded. Only went down the slides 2 times.
Not as advertised. The igloo is pathetic. Slides take a lot just to start sliding, I feel sorry for guys who work there and try to push them. Overpriced for the value.
