1. No snow unless you go into the dinky little igloo 2. *UNSAFE* the panels separating the ‘slides’ have openings / gaps and other protrusions, it’s only a matter of time until major lawsuits are created. FYI for NJ / NY folks, think Vernon Valley / Great Gorge level lawsuits. I have uploaded a video to YouTube where I video the gaps and man do the employees get upset. Watch from :33 seconds onward. https://youtu.be/y0_LLn70HEE

To whom it may concern, Our experience at snow cat ridge was, how I would call it, a TOTAL covid-crockpot or super spreader event. This was the most UNSAFE place we have been to since Florida reopened. There were COUNTLESS staff and guests WITHOUT masks. Even when we went to the "box office" tent to complain, the staff there weren't even wearing masks! When I made a comment to the females at the tent, they just stared at me as if I WAS CRAZY. They gave me a phone number to call to get a refund, only to be told by the voice ... read more

Oversold crowds- marketing scam - except for the undersized and super lame “igloo “ There is nothing to do with artificial snow.... A majority of the patrons are showing up in snow clothes boots and hats expecting a chilly artificial snow experience. To call yourself a snow park it’s almost criminal. To use the word snow in any marketing material is fraud. The staff is not very helpful, trained or informed. They too are dressed in red “ snow patrol “ gear - just ridiculous! The continuous loop of the safety message play... read more

Completely false advertisement, there is not an ounce of real snow. The tubing section is just a slide made of ice, and the igloo part is just slippery ice. Do not waste your money here.

The rides were great once you went down . They had so many open lanes that could of been used to make it go quicker but instead they only opened one lane so you had to wait in line forever. You need more variety of food all you had was BBQ

Absolutely ZERO social distancing and no enforcement of wearing masks. Felt disgusting and totally unsafe the entire time. Huge lines, only got to ride 4 times in my 2 hour time slot. Very inefficient. There should be way more than 4 working lanes for single riders. Bathrooms were closed so had to use unsanitary port-a-potties. Why even have bathrooms? Would not recommend nor will ever return. Complete waste of money.

There were no bathrooms, the staff was very rude and unprofessional and there wasn’t enough food to choose from and smoking shouldn’t be allowed inside.
