The sliding lanes were closed. It didn't had the real snow feel at all. Not at all worth the price.

We loved the igloo and the Village but the tubes were not great. They have 40 tubing lanes and only 5 open. In the 2 hours we had we were able to only go down the tubes 4 times because of the lines. The shut down lanes to throw more snow balls down the lanes because people were getting stuck half way down. That process was the worst to wait for. Our kids were not happy at all with the tubes. Not worth the money until they fix the tubing issues.

Terrible, way over priced. This experience is a joke. The “real snow” play area is like crunchy ice. It took us 35 minutes just to go down the slope once because the lines were so long. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT WASTE your money!

Cost plays a big part in the overall expectation and experience. Because you feel $40.00+ per person should feel like a, b and c....you are quickly disappointed to see the description of the park is not fitting of the actual setting. It was not a snowcap in sunny Florida. We will start with a $15 parking fee to walk through dirt to get to the entry. Then you go visit the wonderful area to play in the snow and there isn't any, just had ice on the floor. Then get a can of beer for $11 from a rude attendant that wants a tip. Ne... read more

If you go here thinking there will be a abundance of things to do and see then you will be disappointed. Was the slopes fun? Yes absolutely. They had a great laser show with music, but that is the main and only attraction. My family drove 4 hours and stayed over night just for snowcat Ridge, and within 30 min the kids and adults were done. The igloo house where the advertised “snow” was nothing but packed shaved ice that was dirty which made touching it a big no. No many vendors on site, but the food vendors were great.

Website states to wear warm clothes, jackets, mittens, etc. It was over 80 degrees, the slides were outside and there was no snow on the SNOW tubing. It was very deceptive. The slides were uncomfortable and jarring at the end and you got splashed with dirty water. The vendors were slow and little to chose from. Overall, a complete waste of 5 hrs in driving and over $100! Never again!

It was fun, but if you are looking for snow, that is not the place for you. There is snow in the igloo only, the outdoor slides are white carpet and metal. The staff although friendly has no urge to help you scootch off the white carpet to get on the slippery portion of the slide. Definitely over priced for the experience you get. Also, dress accordingly with the outdoor temperature. We were dying of heat.

Terrible place. Had to cancel due to illness but there is no way to reach anyone and they don’t care at all about this. Hours on hold failed. They outsource their customer service and nobody answers the phone. Thus I lost the full value of my tickets because I couldn’t reach anyone. Will never go back. This place steals money from people. Period. Stay away. Don’t get taken like I did
