The actual tubing is a blast. But, 2/3 of the single and tandem tube lanes were closed so you could get 4 to 5 runs in total in your 2 hours. Consider offering a discount or a free day when this happens. If you are concerned about covid do not go as 80 percent of participants do not wear a mask. No staff member is enforcing this policy during your tubing experience.
Very disappointed nothing like the picture and what they advertised after 1hr and half i new not to waist my time and i left to go shopping stead more fun at the mall for sure never coming back and i will tell anyone who wants to go not to go waist of time and money
We didn’t make it park was shout down we would like to have our money back.
No snow like . More like playinf i. A snowcone Slide was not safe..There were 6 in our party. Left early.
The fumes in the igloo were bad. The snow in there was ice so you could not make snowballs or even play. Facility smaller than expected. Alpine village was like walking a flea market. Snow cones were not available. It was disappointing

The igloo is over packed and snow is hard, so almost imposible to play with and extremely slippery. Will not return.
I took my kids to experience this one hit wonder. Its nice for a one time visit. Since everyone is required to pay the admission price even if they're not playing, it makes it a money sucker for families who value their $. I decided to pay the $4 per Gatorade to rehydrate the family and the vendor was trying to guilt shame me into offering her a tip. For ripping me off? I didn't budge and in turn was refused a receipt for my debit pmnt. There was large generators running inside the igloo giving the ice its effect but the di... read more
