Broke in 3 Months Worked well but broke after 3 months. I just noticed one day that it hadn't moved in about a week. I tried to turn it on manually instead of the timer, but it wouldn't run. I'm going through the repair process now, but I'll be stuck paying to ship the unit back for repairs.
Avoid The Pool Spot & Maytronics Do not by this product or anything from this seller. Product stopped working 4 months after purchase and manufacturer does not return emails for warranty support and seller says they have no obligation 90 days after purchase.Avoid both as completely suspicious vendors.
Dont waste money For 300 dollars. This machine weigh like 5lbs. It keeps getting stuck in corners and u have 2 go and physically unhook it. When it does finish you cant just lift it out by the handle. It will dump half the crap u werw trying 2 get out. U have 2 use this rwmote 2 get the thing where u can grab it aith both hands and lift perfectly straight out. Horrible design that lets everything fall out.
Not worth the money I’m managing pools and bought over 10 vacuums from dolphin, all of them are Working for a year no problem then starts the trouble and warranty is over. I got to buy a new one and the same thing with all of them.
Great cleaning performance, but failed after a year — not worth the price TL;DR:The product does its job well when it works — it cleans the pool, filters are easy to rinse, and it’s not too heavy to move. Go with a different pool cleaner Arrived and didn’t work. The company said to return it. Amazon did great as usual. Got an Aiper instead and it works great
Warranty issues The robot was great in the beginning. It's now been around a year since using it, one of the prongs on the blue power cord attached to the robot broke off and does not work. It's still under warranty, the company will not issue a refund, they will only repair the cord which I have to mail the entire robot with cord attached to them at MY expense. I hope that I don't have to go through this every year.
Won’t last! We’ve had older Dolphin cleaners and we’re pleased with them. We’ve returned this unit twice (within the first year of owning) at our own expense. It constantly has issues. It won’t run on many occasions; either the power supply or tracks have issues. Now it is dead again. Has power, but just flashes blue and green led lights. Troubleshot many times. When it works, it does great, but it is not worth the price to have this many issues.
Life span Stopped working after 2 years of very light use, tried to change most of the parts still didn't work
