Do not buy! BIGGEST POS! Worked great for 6 months. Took it in because it was not responding, under warranty and they said it was the cable, so they replaced it. kept getting hung up in my pool corners, took it back they said the propeller was dirty, showed me how to clean it. Then took it back a third time for getting caught in corners, stated they replaced the motor. Does the same thing, gets caught in a corner, different corner and shuts down.Waisted $800
Don’t buy Dolphin Pool Cleaner Not working after one week cannot contact manufacturer will not answer phone or emails stuck with a very expensive broke pool cleaner after 1 week and 700.00 spent 3 weeks trying to get a response now the return window is closed😡bad bad customer service
Stay away from Maytronics and Poolbots Horrible experience. 1) Don't buy a Maytronics Unit 2) Don't buy one from a retailer like Poolbots. Bought our unit on PoolBots who also suck. Tried to return to Poolbots on Day 31 of 30 day return policy and was denied by Poolbots, zero help from them. Not sure why anyone would buy from Poolbots since their customer service and return policy are horrible. Maytronics supposedly offers a 2 year warranty. Terrible Customer Service | Strongly advise against purchasing. Terrible overall experience. Both product and customer service. Robot stopped working after 35 days due to cord not connecting with Robot. Waited 52 minutes for a person to come on for my first troubleshooting session. Then waited 45 minutes for my second troubleshooting session. Then they want you to ship the robot back for repairs and pay for the shipping. They hide behind policy and procedure that Maytronics created. Strongly advise against purchasing.

Customer pays shipping when unit breaks down under warranty Worked for 25 months then stopped working. I just paid $251.00 to ship it back. I do not get shipping back, that is just another cost for this machine. This was my 2nd one, as I had problems with the first one also. Will be my last one!
It 💩’d Bought late last season. Used 6 weeks in 2024. Didn’t make it 1 year. Manufacturer tried BUT I don’t have the time to deal with it during weekday business hours and that’s all they offer. It was good when it worked.
