Overall, I'm happy with Solar Optimum's customer service. Many props to the post-install managerial team (Harut, Rene & co) who were solution and detail oriented. That said, I interacted with lots of different teams throughout the project, and the quality of product and service (generally ranging from fine to great) depended on how involved I was and who showed up. Anthony was very helpful and continues to help even after the purchase contract was completed. He also helped in providing re-roof quote. Roof was installed and had an excellent experience. All my questions and concerns were addressed from start to finish during the re-roofing.

I hired Solar Optimum to install 29 Panasonic solar panels and a Tesla II backup battery. In my experience, construction requires patience and the assumption that things are going to go wrong. Solar Optimum is the exception to that rule. I first contacted Energy Sage, which is a great resource and I started to receive numerous bids. Solar Optimum was not the cheapest, but you have to look at what they are providing to get a real gauge.
