Solar communicated with us via email and telephone, gave us a three-hour window during which the technician would come to our house, and he arrived near the beginning of that window. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. It turned out that it would be less expensive to replace my appliance than to repair it, but I'm still glad that I checked out the problem first.
