Gregory, the tech that came out was by far the BEST serviceman we ever had!!! He diagnosed the issue and even used Vaseline to help prevent ice buildup on the freezer and the refrigerator! I wish we can ask for him each time!

Dustin, the technician, was very experienced and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me tips on how to keep my refrigerator maintained for years to come. He demonstrated how to change the water filter, keeping the levels of refrigerator and freezer the same, and proper way ice maker should operate.
Kenny N did an excellent job recalibrating the temperature of my Wolf ovens. He arrived on time, was very professional, and thoroughly explained what he was doing. The price for repair was similar to any other company, if not a bit less. I will use Solar with Kenny N again.
