Great experience. Ron came out to inspect our dryer. Wife had smelled a melting plastic odor. Ran the dryer for a good while and inspected the area around the dryer and did point out one thing which could be an issue. Never could duplicate the odor. Even opened the machine up to make sure that there wasn't any indication of overheating or melting wiring. Everything looked fine. Very reassuring. Thanks.
Steve, the technician they sent was excellent, he was knowledgeable knew what the problem was right off and fixed it. I found Steve to be professional friendly and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend their service and if I need them I would call them again.
I am very pleased with the work that Solar Refrigeration did for me. Chris was super professional and very easy to work with. He explained the issues to me and had them all fixed quickly. I was very satisfied with Dustins work. He made it a point to keep me posted on his time frame.....he showed up at the time he said he would. He was polite and efficient . He found the problem right away and finished quickly. I was very happy with the experience. Thank you Dustin.
Tech was within appointment window. Grant G. came out, diagnosed the problem. As I expected the part required ordering. He was polite, courteous, and efficient. He placed rubber covers over his shoes to keep from marking floors and respected my home. My only concern is he said that, since the repair part was so expensive, the warranty repair might be denied. He ordered the part and said Solar would know by Thursday if the part comes in. More to come on that issue.
The technician that came to fix my washer machine was very profesional!! I totally recommend this company service
