This location is easy to find off Parker & has a large parking area. I've been here a few times and I'm always impressed on how patient and helpful the girls working here are. You fill out a questionnaire on an iPad before you go to the small waiting room. The changing rooms are clean and have inspiring messages on the walls. They have small lockers to put your shirt in but no loks so don't leave anything of value in them. Nine years later and my review is the same. Great place. The quality is top notch here. The level of care has been consistent every year. They have a wonderful staff with a calming nature. The X-ray technicians I've had over the years were all experienced, professional and efficient with positioning. The check in, initial waiting area, undressing, 2nd waiting area, taking the images, getting dressed has been in 20 minutes or less. They do have convenient Saturday appointments. If you only need a routine mammogram this is a good option. However, if there is an issue, which you do not know in advance, it is questionable what type of service you will receive. I have been coming to this facility for several years with everything being routine. This year I had an issue and getting things handled has not been that great.

This was my first mammogram and I was incredibly nervous. Becky eased all my fears and talked me through everything! She was amazing and there was really nothing to be worried about. The wait time was reasonable and the whole process was quick as well. I would never go anywhere else but Solis at this location.

They have been doing this for years and it shows. You move thru the process quickly and efficiently. Never a pleasant experience to have to do but they make quite manageable.

Very poor customer service experience. Solis did not (not this location site) but Solis opted NOT to follow my doctor's orders and did something that was not expected and gave very poor excuse and reasonable diagnosis and poor reasons for not following doctor's orders. HOWEVER, at the 5920 West Parker site, I had a VERY good experience. Doctor came in and explained what was going with details of why and how- THIS is a great example of good customer service! Everyone is very nice and efficient and they move quickly without rushing you, because who wants to hang out at a mammography office? I had my results the next morning, less than 24 hours! Great!

This is my third time coming here for my annual checkup. I scheduled my appointment for 6:00 am. I had no idea they opened this early for appointments. Definitely a plus. I was told I could check in at 5:45. On my appointment day, I arrived about 5:30 but I sat in my car until 5:45. I got out my car and went to the door and it was locked. I knocked a few times and no one came to the door. Finally about 5:48, a woman came to the door and let me in. I would think she would have greeted me when she opened the door... read more
