Amanda did a great job over the phone, and it was great to meet her in person once the office reopened after the pandemic. The program is easy to follow, I’m not hungry during the day, and so far I”m doing great!

It seems like a great diet program. I’m going to think on it a bit and will let you know if I decide to move forward.
The program is everything that was promised. I lost weight at the rate they predicted, was never hungry, and received support and mentoring to help me be successful. I've been in maintenance for over 2 months and have stayed 2-3 pounds BELOW my goal weight. Words can't do justice to my feelings for the SOTA program and staff.
