It seems like a great diet program. I’m going to think on it a bit and will let you know if I decide to move forward.
The program is everything that was promised. I lost weight at the rate they predicted, was never hungry, and received support and mentoring to help me be successful. I've been in maintenance for over 2 months and have stayed 2-3 pounds BELOW my goal weight. Words can't do justice to my feelings for the SOTA program and staff.
