The structure and clarity provided has been extremely helpful to helping me at on track. The menus, dos and donts have been also very helpful. The weekly check in calls and coaching by helpful and concerned has helped me determine where I need to focus to stay on the path to success.
Love the personal hands on coaching they provide. Just started the maintenance program and feel great. Every experience at the Dallas location has been friendly and positive. I cannot recommend highly enough.
With concerned & knowledgeable nutritionists I am able to correct mistakes in diet & exercise. I apparently need a life coach to get through my crazy hectic life. Between SOTA & my personal trainer I have a recipe for success—no more diabetes meds & sustainable weight loss. Hurray for SOTA! Couldn’t have done it without them.

Amanda was awesome! She was so positive and very knowledgeable & insightful. I really enjoyed our meeting. I did not sign up, though, because I felt like it was a little expensive. I'm not writing it off just yet. I want to see if I can incorporate some changes on my own first.
