The people at SOTA Dallas are all great. Always helpful and encouraging.
The SOTA approach helped me lose weight quickly which allowed me to stay motivated. The counselors encouraged me so I was consistent and accountable longer than I ever was other times I tried to lose weight.
Personal attention and the plan is layed out and easy to follow.
I make fun of the whole crew in the office every week. They always play back. My wife and I enjoy our visit each week before heading out for some blackened tilapia, shimp, and mudbugs. They taught me how to eat well and still reduce my weight 2-4.5 lbs a week. Current down >75 lbs.
Just overall a very good and positive experience. Good staff, great program and solid support along the way. The only knock is that they don’t always answer emails in a very timely fashion. Otherwise, I’m down 12lbs in my first 2 weeks and have been pleased.
