So far so good. I feel confident I will lose what I need. Love the fact they have on site nutritionist. Also, you can text their office anytime with questions. Products are tasty. 5 star for sure
I had a great experience with my first appt at the Dallas location. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. When I checked out, the lady at the desk shook my hand and said “welcome to the SOTA family!” I really liked that! I also liked that someone from the office called me the following day to see how I was doing. I’m enjoying the program so far!
The remote program is very well defined, easy to follow and has the weekly accountability I need!

Every day I get more comfortable with the program. The food tastes very good and the staff is supportive.
If you follow the plan without deviation you will achieve the results desired in the timeframe established at your first consultation. The food products and choices are excellent and the staff in the Dallas/Hillcrest office were extremely helpful, supportive and encouraging. When going out to eat at a particular restaurant, being able to contact the SOTA staff ahead of time to get their menu recommendations was a positive feature of their advice. I am pleased with where I am today as the result of the SOTA program.

So far so good. Jacob was great! The only thing I wondered after I left was no before picture but maybe that is next time! The environment was warm and friendly in addition to being very welcoming. I am looking forward to the journey!
