I’m very excited as far as the program the customer service is quite there for a new client. From answering my first call.
On the commercials, they brag about their support staff, and I feel like I got none of that. I couldn’t reach anyone with questions and only wants was I called back and it was multiple days later. It seemed to me like they wanted you to sign up and get your money and then for you to just show up and pay once a week. Anyone can lose weight for free with caloric deficit. There’s no reason to pay someone for it.
Amanda is great and I just got my starter kit yesterday. So far, they have all been very helpful and have answered any questions I have had pre-program.
The team at the Hillcrest location in Dallas are all great. They are friendly from the time you arrive throughout your visit. The consultants are knowledgeable, encouraging and open with their feedback. I’m very pleased with the overall program and never hesitant to recommend to my family, friends and my employees. Thank you being so supportive as I work through the program.
I love Sota it has been such a wonderful program! Their nutritionist are so encouraging walking with you every step of the way. I have been on program for 1 month and I have lost 12 lbs. I have done many other programs and I have not had the success that I have with the Sota program.
