I'm amazed at the rapid weight loss I've experienced over these past five weeks. I'm not generally good at sticking with a plan, but this was easy and fulfilling as I watched the pounds drop off. My counselors and nutritionists have anticipated my needs and been there for me all along. Looking forward to hitting my goal weight, even though I didn't really believe it would happen!
The Program works first of all. They make it as easy as they possibly can and are kind and encouraging along with knowledgable the whole way through. Definitely don't sleep on this if you're going back and forth between wanting to make a change.
Amanda is awesome and SOTA supports you through this adventure. I have lost 33 pounds in 11 weeks and feel great. Looking forward to removing the last 17 pounds and then maintaining with SOTA's help...
