I have been on SOTA for 16 weeks and I am down 45 lbs for the rest of my life simply because I WANT TO! This is the best life change I could have made and the amazing coaches help make it all possible. The program is very easy to follow and the products are yummy! Everyone was very nice and professional. The timing was great too. I was on my lunch hour and it worked out well.
I've been on the program for about 6 weeks and I've lost over 27 lbs. I'm very happy with the amount of weight I've lost to date and I rarely feel hungry. I have recommended this program to several others so far.The personal nutritionist's have been helpful along the way.
