Went in on Friday - had to pay $25 for a consult. People are super nice, but had to pay nearly $3K up front for a 10 week program! I have to admit I was a little intimidated but the sales pitch was really good. I got a bag of powdered food products and was sent on my way. THE FOOD IS JUST AWFUL. I was not given a copy of my "contract" (was told there is NO contract) so maybe it was a receipt. Nor was the total weight loss blank filled in. I enjoyed talking to your rep about the program but I was not pleased and disappointed that I was charged $25 for this very short talk. When I asked if there was a refund bc I cannot afford the program at this time, I was told unfortunately no it is not. Thank you for allowing me to let my feeling be heard.
Haven't had much guidance since the beginning of the program. I was shipped a package of food and felt like I had to figure everything else out.

The cost of this program for the food you receive is way too high. I can do this on my own with my own food and pay way less. I am very disappointed that I wasted this money on this program. Your ads say to hold you accountable with a nutrition coach but didn't find that helpful at all. If I am not available when they call then trying to reach them is almost impossible. The folks I talk to on phone were so kind. And I’m not so confident. Know I specialize in ED for years and I am not too trusting that I will be at 120 lbs in June. Maybe end of day exhaustion. Really need someone that is encouraging and know their stuff. If I sense I know more, I will probably bail. Want to be honest. I will follow whatever you tell me to do. After being forced to spend $25 (for a supposed nutritionist appt.) only to be told by the sales rep, that I'll need to spend almost $4000 to meet my goal, but they won't discuss nutritional macros of the program, or confirm what type of food we would be sent; fresh options, frozen, bars and shakes or freeze dried options. I’m confused about why I got an email to review the program when I haven’t started the program. I have only had the question phone call. I was told I would be getting a text to follow up if I’m ready to start the program. I am ready, but I’m not sure who to contact now.
While my weight loss is nit as much as others I have learned with confidence how to eat healthier and I have kept off the weight I have lost.
