Dropped over 20 pounds in 2 months. It was easy. Life changing.
Great 8 week program! Needed to drop 20lb and they established a reasonable program for me. I Started at 207 and finished at 186. My body fat went from 25% down to 20%. I feel phenomenal now and continue eat healthy and don't want the junk i was eating before. Big thanks to my team in Frisco. Troy
Food is good. The process is not hard. It requires some planning and discipline but my wife and I feel great!!! the girls at the Frisco location are FANTASTIC and a great support. When you are ready to stop killing yourself with junk food I highly recommend having SOTA kick start your new outlook on healthy eating.
