Staff are friendly, caring, and attentive. Just need more info on cooking balanced meals and better follow up. Maybe outside of weigh in days, reaching out to check on client. Also would like better ideas on strategies to stay on plan. Life does throw food challenges our way. Need more help.

All the office staff at the Frisco location are amazing! Super encouraging, motivational & have hearts of gold! Absolutely love them!
Staff was very accommodating
Everyone at the Frisco office is truly amazing and supportive. The program is easy to follow and even though I am struggling with a health issue and with medications, I am still losing at least 3 lbs a week. My doctor is even encouraging me to stick with the program. I really appreciate the Frisco staff.
The food tasted great and I saw results less than a week from starting!
