I have been on maintenance for several months. Jen Le has always been supportive and encouraging. She answers all my questions and offers sound advice. The SOTA team is there for me.
All the office staff at the Frisco location are amazing! Super encouraging, motivational & have hearts of gold! Absolutely love them!
Staff was very accommodating
Everyone at the Frisco office is truly amazing and supportive. The program is easy to follow and even though I am struggling with a health issue and with medications, I am still losing at least 3 lbs a week. My doctor is even encouraging me to stick with the program. I really appreciate the Frisco staff.
The food tasted great and I saw results less than a week from starting!
