I need to lose about 80 lbs and the plan was 22 weeks. I am ahead of schedule and very happy with the program. The folks in Frisco are great! The food tastes great, I’m not hungry. I couldn’t be happier with my results. I recommend SOTA to anyone serious about weight loss.

As a new person so far I am very impressed with the staff members I have spoken with. They are very friendly, enthusiastic about what they do. This is just my second day on the program, but I can tell I am going to LOVE IT. Why? Because so far everyone seems to love what they do and are more than willing to make my experience enjoyable, fun and motivated.

I have always had weight problems and tried every diet out there. This program is hands down by far the best program that I have ever been on and the easiest to stick with. The food taste good as well.

I love the fact that I look and feel so good. It has helped with a few health problem from the past. Still have trouble when I'm on vacation, but I'm doing better. My goal weight was 145, now I want to go to 135!
