service I got in and out of your shop in under 2 hours. All of my concerns were fixed at no cost to me. All of your service people were helpful and polite. It was a pleasant experience.

Efficient and friendly. This dealership greets you cheerfully and is attentive to your needs. The waiting area is great for 2-3 hours. Waiting area includes wireless internet, coffee, snacks, tables to sit at or couch area with TV. Bathrooms clean. Everyone is friendly. I find I can get a lot of work done there while my Lexus is getting serviced.

My Maintenance Service I had a standing appointment to have my 6 month service performed on my Lexus GS450h and arrived a few minutes early and told the Service wWriter I would wait for the time it took to complete. The austere waiting area is unlike a lot of other high end car dealers but the beverage machines were excellent as a source of refreshment. Timing belt replacement and oil change Great service from RG Dimopoulos service rep. My wife and I both have Lexus vehicles and we always ask for RGD. Great communication explained everything clearly and service was completed earlier than promised. A++++ experience.

GREAT customer care! As ALWAYS, Ronnie Crowe was awesome and accommodating!!! He even fixed my Center console without me requesting it!!!! 10,000 mile service Excellent handling of my appointment and car was available when promised. Friendly and accommodating service representative. No issues or unexpected charges. Loaner car was a big plus when having service performed.

Satisfied customer Even though I only went in for my 5,000 mile maintenance. I was treated as a VIP. I didn't have to wait nor did I have to deal with a lot of paper work. They even gave me a loaner so, I didn't have to wait there with the baby. The Mission Viejo staff are all very professional and eager to please. Thank You Lexus.

Total customer experience Through their actions and results South County Lexus puts their customers first. From the time that I arrived for my service until time that I picked up my car, I never felt ignored and always felt that I was treated honestly about the repairs. I never felt that I was being up sold on repairs. Their valets and service mangers, especially Daven, are the best.
