Great experience. Kevin made my service very easy Dropped my car off without an appointment and on my way to work. Kevin made the process very easy and had me out the door quickly so I could make it to work on time. Got exactly what I came in for without being hassled or anyone trying to upsell me (which makes me more likely to return, I hate pushy salesman). Over all, glare at visit.

Easy in, easy out Vince greeted me upon my arrival, had the paperwork and loaner car ready to go in about 5 mins. Upon return, checkout was also quick and easy. Vince went over the results of the service thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the service at South County Lexus.

A great experience! The service department is so efficient! The work was complete in a timely manner and they even spotted a leaky shock absorber and replaced it for free since it was only a year old. Ronnie Crowe is an amazing service manager!

Great Service My car wouldn't start which is normally the battery. I contacted the dealership and they made an appointment for when I could arrive. Jump started the car and drove it over. They immediately performed a preliminary diagnosis which indicated a bad battery but to be sure they wanted a technician to do a thorough test of the battery and charging system. It was the battery and they installed a new one and I was out in just over an hour. No fuss or muss. Great service.
