Hassan Sarim was recommended to us by another customer of his and South County Lexus and I have to say we have never had such a pleasant experience having a car serviced anywhere. We didn't know what to expect since the car was purchased in AZ but everything was wonderful. Hassan patiently explained the D4 gear to my husband who has dementia and who kept telling me I needed it to go downhill. Hassan also recommended an excellent French bakery across the street while we waited. Thank you

The service was great and they try and get the vehicle serviced as soon as possible and tell you what you need to do on your next visit. I feel it is just a little steep on charges and only being able to use your credit card they charge an extra charge. They never used to do that.

Had a wheel bearing going bad. Service Writer Cruz handled everything perfectly, explaining the process of getting approval from Lexus to replace bearing. Notified us immediately when approval came, and monitored the replacement thrughout. Great handling by the dealer and Mr. Cruz!
