RecommendedThis is the 2nd time we’ve gone there. The 1st was as an emergency, the 2nd was a follow up appt with the internist we had previously seen. This is a professionally run medical facility! And more efficient than most human medical facilities. If we didn’t live 1.5 hours away, we would try to go there for all of our pets’ needs. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pup was bit by a Rattle Snake on the evening of 4th of July. The staff at SOVSC was extremely proffesional. They took my 29lb lifeless pup into the back right away, after my approval to administer pain meds. I was then asked to enter a room where a staff member presented and explained a WRITTEN LINE ITEMED PRICE RANGE that it will take to treat him; The price range was variable upon Pups size, how long ago he was bitten, how big the snake was / how bad of a bite / how much venom,.. If you have a problem with your pet they will take you in the same day! There may be a wait involved but your worries will be over. Very caring and professional people.
They were awesome. Would highly recommend them.
Everyone was wonderful. We were so worried about our Sonny Boy. They were unable to preform surgery but they got on the phones and had us on the road to Bend. Everything worked out and he is now on the way to recovery.
We had to bring our 11 1/2 pug over for a emergency visit- we drove from Klamath falls- they took her in as soon as they could. They kept me up to date on everything they where doing with her. They told us when it was time to go back to the room they had taken her too, that the test they wanted to do would help a little but not a lot. Which we knew that anything would help some but not all. Due to the vet from Klamath falls told us with having fluid around her heart and lungs and taking her here would help some. we had to take my tiny Chihuahua Mr Dixon Dicky Doo in on 6-14-22. sadly we had to let him go... my daughter requested paw prints.. they not only did paw prints they did his noes and hair clipping.. I didn't have time to think about all this stuff.. I'm just so grateful on how beautifully they came out .. Thank you SOVSP 💙💙
