The staff has been nothing but kind and informing of everything going on. We would not trust just anyone with our furry baby so we highly recommend this vet. Very caring group of people. The night we visited there they were super busy. Yes we had a long wait, but, when we got in they were so good at taking care of our dear pet and they apologized for the wait saying they understood we waited a long time. They diagnosed him perfectly and gave us the best way to move forward. They offered us all they could to make us comfortable in a difficult situation. Our 5 month old Doberman had something majorly wrong and in a matter of minutes she was not responsive. Took her here and the vets were very quick and thorough with her. I am just so thankful she’s ok but it did help ease the stress with how helpful, professional and quick this team was! thank you guys!
My local vet sent me up to Oregon for immediate, life-threatening emergency surgery on my elderly German Shepherd. I called when I got close, they took her in immediately, ran tests and scans, then the surgeon met with me regarding what was needed, expectations and costs. I had a fantastic experience with them on a Sunday. I called ahead to let them know that I was bringing my dog in, they took all the information and wanted to know what was going on. Once I arrived I called them and within 20 minutes they came to the car and took her back. Within 30 minutes the vet called me to let me know what needed to be done and to go home and they would call me when she was done! From start to finish we were in and out in four hours.
