HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF!! We unfortunately had to put our 11 yr old golden down last week and the staff members were sooo AMAZING!!! There was probably about ten of us humans in the room, they left us with our pup for THREE HOURS, NOT ONCE DID THEY RUSH US! They gave Bandit treats and treated him with such kindness and care. We unfortunately were all a wreck and left the room a mess- (were very sorry), still they called me the next day to check in with the family members and make sure we didnt need any counseling or such... read more

My dog had to have emergency surgery due to a blockage. And EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER here was Amazing! I was in the worst position I’ve ever been put into with my boy, not sure if he would make it, or what the quality of his life would be if he did. The ups and downs were terrible and every staff member here was so supportive and took care of him like they would their own! And with their care and knowledge they helped him come home! They even trimmed his toe nails while he was healing. I’m so thankful I chose to bring him t... read more

My dog,Ted came in for an emergency. He had impaled himself with a pretty decent sized stick. We honestly didn’t have the highest hopes for him, it looked terribly bad. the staff was super friendly. They really cared about making sure that we were OK and he was OK. he stayed at the hospital for about a day and a half maybe a total of two. He did have to have surgery to remove the stick at first glance I was terrified because he had so many stitches after, but the stitches have healed INCREDIBLY well! They sent us home with t... read more

I have had to visit Powers Pet Emergency and Specialty two times both for Sunday after hours pet emergency, on two separate dogs several years apart. They have always been busy but always willing to see my pups. One of the pups was a immediate emergency and they saw her immediately. The other was a lower urgent care matter and not as high up on the emergency list which I totally understand as it's about triage. Both times the staff even though they were very busy they were always friendly, caring, and had so much compassion ... read more

After being stuck at another ER for 3 hours and told we’d have to wait at least 2-3 more, we were lucky enough to be seen in a more timely manner at Powers Pet Emergency. Our shepherd had a prednisone induced ulcer and vomited blood. The techs were super efficient and helpful and the doc made this visit minimally invasive, avoided unnecessary cost to us, and provided insight to our dogs condition while providing needed medication to our dog. Thank you for being willing to see him so fast. We appreciate you!

We really thought we had lost our Boss. Everyone at Powers was so caring and loving. They even found us a pet friendly hotel for the night. By some miracle they work there loving magic and we were able to bring our boy home. He is still week but we have hope. Thank you to everyone at Powers.

Our dog, Layla, had 2 TPLO procedures done here (one leg at a time). The entire staff at Powers Pet was phenomenal! She is so loved by everyone and they did a wonderful job with her surgery and physical therapy. I couldn’t be happier with how helpful their team has been - especially when I’ve had concerns about anything at all. They truly exceeded expectations. Additionally, the cost was comparable to other surgery centers, but unlike other places everything was included in the up front cost (e.g. surgery, meds, cone, sling,... read more
