I moved to the area less than a year ago. Being new and not knowing a mortgage broker I relied on search menus to locate someone to fuel my needs. I found Paul's profile and boy was I happy. Brian saved a few unwelcome surprises for the tail end of my experience but he did make up for it at closing. I was pleased with his service, however, I only gave him 4 stars for responsiveness and helpfulness because I always felt like my "small" mortgage was a bit of a bother.While he was always professional and courteous (and I can assure you I wasn't), it was just a feeling that never quite went away. Brian is always very responsive and very knowledgeable. I have worked with home for several years now and have also recommended him to several of my closest friends. In my fast paced busy lifestyle it is great to have someone who knows what they are doing and gets things done with very little added stress to your schedule.Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Rob Turner as a lender for any of your mortgage needs. He and his associate Justin Walker did a fantastic job walking my mother-in-law through the process of obtaining a mortgage, even when there were some very difficult underwriting questions that came up. They communicated efficiently to resolve the problem in time to close the loan on time. My husband and I plan to use them to refinance our current mortgage very soon.

Paul is very knowledgeable yet he does not forget that a mortgage loan or refinance are not exactly familiar territory for most of us. He excels at making the complicated seem if not simple, manageable. Everything is broken down into steps and there are plenty of opportunities to ask questions and review documents.

This was my first time dealing in real estate and Rob was great at explaining everything to me. He came and met me when I was unable to go to his office and he always kept me up to date on everything.

Paul McCausland was AWESOME! Through my entire purchasing process, Paul was always there to answer any questions that I had about the procedure and progress. He made the, sometimes difficult, journey of purchasing a short sale property less stressful for me, by going above and beyond the scope of his duties. I truly felt like I had a "friend" looking out for my best interest.
