I would highly recommend Dave for your mortgage needs. He worked hard to get our loan processed as quickly as possible. He gave advice and walked us through the process. He was able to get us ready to close an FHA loan in less than 30 days. There were a couple snags at the end of the process because of the seller and Dave worked through it with us. We will definitely use him in the future. Even our settlement company was happy with Dave. She said the stack of paper work was half the size of other mortgage companies.
