Rob Turner is wonderful person to work with. He is thorough in the work that he does. He is not going to just tell you something to get your hopes up, he is honest and lets you know up front that if you listen to him along the way it will all work out. I am so thankful for him. I would highly recommend Dave for your mortgage needs. He worked hard to get our loan processed as quickly as possible. He gave advice and walked us through the process. He was able to get us ready to close an FHA loan in less than 30 days. There were a couple snags at the end of the process because of the seller and Dave worked through it with us. We will definitely use him in the future. Even our settlement company was happy with Dave. She said the stack of paper work was half the size of other mortgage companies.

Shannon was extremely helpful in walking us through what to expect from start to finish! We appreciate that she took time to detail different loan options we were eligible for and made recommendations to fit our finances. We have always used big banks in the past but after working with Shannon and Southern Trust we got a better rate than our bank offered and more personal service. Highly recommended!

Paul has been working with us for over a year in the home buying process. He was always on top of providing us with information we need and made the process as smooth as possible to his ability. We ran into outside uncontrollable factors and Paul is a major reason that we were able still close the deal with our home. He was always respectful and never rude to us.
