Brian Picker was an invaluable resource when it came to financing my purchase transaction. Brian offered me additional funding options allowing me to tailor the loan to my immediate budget versus some of the limited options larger lending institutions attempted to confine me within. Simply outstanding experience. We had been working with our current bank, a large nationwide bank, to refinance our mortgage. The large bank was unresponsive and made us feel as if they were doing us a favor by engaging.
