Brian Picker was an invaluable resource when it came to financing my purchase transaction. Brian offered me additional funding options allowing me to tailor the loan to my immediate budget versus some of the limited options larger lending institutions attempted to confine me within. Simply outstanding experience. We had been working with our current bank, a large nationwide bank, to refinance our mortgage. The large bank was unresponsive and made us feel as if they were doing us a favor by engaging. I can't recommend Mary Beth enough. She was efficient, hard working, persistent and knowledgeable. She was quick to respond to all our questions. We had issue after issue with our Lian and she never stopped fighting for us and in the end we were able to refinance successfully because of her professionalism and experience. She is definitely someone we will use in the future and you would be lucky to have her on your side.
