Mary Beth & Amiee were very prompt in all of their correspondence with us throughout our home buying process. Their knowledge, professionalism and dedication were top notch. David walked us through the whole mortgage process and was readily available for all the questions we had, and we had a lot seeing as how this was our first home. He always returned calls promptly and was very informative. Overall great first time buying experience.

Working with Dave was a wonderful experience, I hope he will help me with my next home purchase! I was worried at first since I am in NC, but that was not an issue at all. When I initially approached Dave, I had a very low credit score and I was worried I wouldn't qualify. Dave realized this was due to a collection reported in error.
