Working with Brian was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and very informative. I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. We got the loan we wanted, at a rate lower than expected and he was ready with the funds with plenty of time to spare before closing. Working with Dave was a wonderful experience, I hope he will help me with my next home purchase! I was worried at first since I am in NC, but that was not an issue at all. When I initially approached Dave, I had a very low credit score and I was worried I wouldn't qualify. Dave realized this was due to a collection reported in error. Brian Picker was a referral by a broker that we usually work with but with an out of state purchase we needed to find someone new. Brian was amazing! I chose David due to reviews I read on Zillow and was not disappointed. He is a very knowledgeable lender and made the experience of purchasing an out of state investment property as easy as the process can be. He is personable and easy to work with. He is very responsive to questions and gets back to you very quickly. I have already referred a coworker to him and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
