I was shocked at how much he knew and was familiar with VA loans and military terminology and requirements for documents. Very easy process and it was my first time buying a home 😄 He also helped me to do a Refinance years later were I secured a low fixed rate.

Chris really went above and beyond during the entire process to keep me well informed and understanding what I needed to know as a first time homebuyer. If anything new came up he contacted me immedietly to ensure that nothing was slowed down on our side during the buying process. He was always availible for questions when we had them and it definitly made the process easier with him guiding me.

Jake was amazing and very helpful! He helped me identify the areas of my credit I needed to work on as well as the importance of creating a budget. With Jake's help I was able to create a budget that would allow me to be successful when it comes to making smart purchases and saving money. Tate was extremely knowledgeable and terrific to work with. Found us a loan option that met our needs and at a competitive rate. Managed to get our complex jumbo loan approved for close with less than a 30-day turnaround. Very responsive to emails and calls and kept us informed at every stage.

Brian Picker was awesome to work with. He had answers to every question we asked him even the ones that stumped both of our realtors. Would highly reccomend to anyone in need of a loan.
