We had a great experience working with Tate. As first time home buyers this process was overwhelming, but Tate was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had - no matter how big or small. I shopped around for our mortgage and Tate gave us great rates, but more than that he went above and beyond before we'd made our decision on which lender to work with. I would highly recommend!
