Brian Picker was awesome to work with. He had answers to every question we asked him even the ones that stumped both of our realtors. Would highly reccomend to anyone in need of a loan. He was very professional and knows his work very well. We had no issues or missing paperwork and he got us the best possible mortgage. We are Glad we went thru Chris to do the process on purchasing our new bo home. He is best on how he was handling all the situation weather there was problem with our crexit report or missing docume ts. quick turn around, respectful and hands on. The whole process of purchasing home only took about 6 weeks. Chris was working day, nights and weekends to help us meet the closing date as we desired. Would call right back if i miss document or need more info. I would recommend Chris for every home buyer.

I have worked with Brian on the past 2 refinance programs for my house, and I could not have been happier. The first time I went through this with Brian 6 years ago, he walked me through the process step by step, explaining everything I would need to provide to him for the banks, etc. Then he explained all of the inspection processes, the back ground checks, etc. It was all very easy and seamless.
